Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong 2026: A Chauffeur Plan for AsiaWorld-Expo and HKCEC

Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong 2026 is distinctive because the schedule does not revolve around one venue. The organiser has announced that the AsiaWorld-Expo edition runs from 14 to 18 September, while the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre edition runs from 16 to 20 September. The two venues are both open from 16 to 18 September.[1] For jewellery buyers, exhibitors, brand representatives and client-hosting teams, transport requires more thought than a typical city transfer when the same day may include an airport arrival, hotel stop, lunch meeting or a Greater Bay Area customer visit.
| This article uses the organiser’s public 2026 dates and opening hours as planning examples. Admission eligibility, registration requirements, hall opening times and event arrangements can change; always check the organiser’s latest information before travel. |
Understand the rhythm of two venues
AsiaWorld-Expo is close to Hong Kong International Airport, which makes it practical to connect an arrival, hotel baggage drop and first-day visit. HKCEC is in Wan Chai, where hotel appointments, hosted meals and city business meetings often take place. That does not mean the venues must be visited on separate days. It means a day involving both should be treated as one connected business programme, rather than a rush from one hall to another.
| Journey moment | Information to confirm in advance | Why it matters |
| Arrival and hotel | Flight time, hotel, luggage and first appointment | The group can go directly to the first stop with baggage kept together. |
| AWE and HKCEC | Visit date, meeting times, venue entrance and expected finish | Pickup, drop-off and waiting can fit the actual programme. |
| Dinner and client hosting | Restaurant, hotel or other meeting venue, and guest count | Hosts and guests can remain focused on the conversation. |
| Onward cross-border visit | Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai or Macao destination and timing | The Hong Kong fair can connect smoothly with the next business meeting. |
Do not overlook registration and closing times
The organiser states that pre-registration closes on 6 September 2026, and eligible registered buyers can print their visitor badge at a self-print kiosk to save onsite registration time.[2] Before the visit, also check your admission eligibility, photo identity document and final entry time. AWE is scheduled to open from 10:00 to 18:00 from 14 to 17 September, closing at 17:00 on 18 September. HKCEC is scheduled to open from 10:00 to 18:00 from 16 to 19 September, closing at 17:00 on 20 September.[2] These are not merely exhibition details. For a host team, they help determine collection time, the next meeting and when to leave the venue.
Select the vehicle around guests, samples and luggage
The best vehicle depends on the real working itinerary, not only the number of seats. For two or three executives, brand representatives or important buyers who value privacy and a formal hosting environment, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class offers a refined space between hotel, fair and meeting addresses. For a small group of three to six people with multiple suitcases, sample cases or a need for rest space, the Toyota Alphard offers a spacious premium MPV layout. When requesting a quotation, state the passenger count, approximate size of luggage or samples, extra guest pickups and the planned stops for each day.
Build a quotation around the actual plan
For a clear quotation, share the date, time and location of every pickup, the destination sequence, expected waiting time, passenger and luggage volume, and preferred vehicle. If the programme includes AWE, HKCEC, hotel, restaurant and an onward city, list each stop in order. Tiger Limo places emphasis on transparent pricing and clear itinerary communication, then recommends a Toyota Alphard or Mercedes-Benz V-Class around the group, route and timing.
JGW 2026’s two-venue format means transport is not only about getting from one place to another. It supports the connection between arrival, sourcing, meetings and subsequent business visits. Whether you are travelling from the airport to AsiaWorld-Expo, from a hotel to HKCEC, or extending client appointments into other Greater Bay Area cities, provide Tiger Limo with the full itinerary in advance. With the transfer details prepared early, you can keep more time for sourcing, negotiations and hosting.
