How do I book a cross-border car service?
You can contact us via WhatsApp (+852 62819861), live chat on our website, or phone. Simply provide your travel date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, and we will provide a quote and confirm your vehicle.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For public holidays (Chinese New Year, Christmas, National Day, etc.), please book 3–7 days ahead to ensure availability.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations are free up to 4 hours before departure. Cancellations between 1–4 hours incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 1 hour incur a full charge. Please refer to the terms confirmed at the time of booking.
Do I need to take my luggage when crossing the border?
No. Passengers exit the vehicle for immigration clearance at the inspection hall while all large luggage stays securely in the car under the driver's supervision. Just bring your passport and valuables.

Which border crossings can I use?
Major crossings include Shenzhen Bay Port (6:30 AM – 12:00 AM), Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (24 hours), and Huanggang Port (24 hours). Tiger Limo can recommend the most suitable crossing based on your departure and destination.
Can the cross-border car take me directly to my destination?
Yes. All vehicles hold both Hong Kong and mainland China license plates. After crossing the border, we drive directly to any mainland city — including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and beyond — door-to-door with no transfers needed.
What vehicle types are available?
Our primary fleet consists of the Toyota Alphard 40 Series luxury seven-seater, along with the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and other options.
What amenities are onboard?
All vehicles feature power-adjustable seats, rear-seat entertainment system, independent climate control, complimentary onboard Wi-Fi, and USB charging ports.
Can you provide a child car seat?
Yes. Please inform us of your child's age and weight at the time of booking, and we will arrange a suitable child safety seat.
How does pricing work?
Charges are based on trip distance and include tunnel tolls, parking fees, and driver service fees. Road tolls and fuel surcharges vary by route. Payment is accepted in HKD or RMB.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, FPS (Faster Payment System), bank transfer, PayMe, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Standard bookings can be paid in full upon arrival or with a deposit (approximately 30–50%). For large events and holiday bookings, a deposit is recommended to confirm the reservation.
How long does the border crossing process take?
It depends on the crossing and time of day. Shenzhen Bay Port typically takes 15–30 minutes, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge takes 10–20 minutes (usually less crowded), and Huanggang Port takes 20–40 minutes during non-peak hours. Crossing times may be longer on public holidays and peak periods, so please allow extra time.
How long will the driver wait? What if my flight is delayed?
The driver will wait at the designated meeting point for the scheduled time, with a standard waiting period of 30 minutes. For airport pickups, the driver tracks the actual flight arrival time and adjusts accordingly at no extra charge. If you need extended waiting beyond 30 minutes, please notify us in advance; additional waiting time may incur a surcharge.
Is there a luggage limit?
The Toyota Alphard 40 Series offers a spacious cabin and luggage area. Under normal conditions, it can accommodate 6 passengers with carry-on luggage, or 4 passengers with large items (e.g., golf bags, large suitcases). Please inform us of any special luggage requirements at the time of booking, and we will recommend a suitable vehicle.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Please let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements. For cleanliness, pets must be kept in a carrier or Dedicated bag. For larger pets, please confirm vehicle suitability at the time of booking.
Does the service operate in typhoons or heavy rain?
Yes, service generally continues as usual. In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or extreme weather making roads unsafe, we will proactively contact you to discuss rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations due to adverse weather incur no fees — you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
Can I eat or drink in the car?
Yes, you may eat and drink in the vehicle. Please avoid strong-smelling foods (such as durian) and help keep the cabin clean. If you plan to have a meal in the car, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
